Our Commitment: At Planet Re-imagined, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Made-to-Order Products: As all our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
Returns: If you wish to return an item, it must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at planet@planetre-imagined.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
